Social media is an incredible way to discover potential new leads, interact with past clients and local businesses, and promote your brand online. But it can also be time-consuming if you aren’t using the right tools. We’ve added a brand new feature to our inbound marketing platform for real estate and mortgage to help make social media easier. You can now schedule multiple posts to Twitter and Facebook in advance using our social media scheduler. Here’s how it works.
Since our scheduler is built directly into our inbound marketing dashboard, you can now manage your social media, website, blog, and e-mail marketing in one place. To access the new scheduler, simply log in with your Pipeline ROI credentials by visiting www.yourdomainname.com/inboundmarketing (you’ll use your personal website’s domain in the URL). You’ll want to have at least one of your social media accounts connected to Pipeline ROI. If you already have your Twitter or Facebook connected, skip to the next step. If not, click on your name in the top-right, select social media profiles, and click “Connect now”. Follow the steps in the dashboard to complete this connection.
Once your accounts are connected, head to the Promote tab of the dashboard and select which type of content you would like to share. You can schedule posts about a new listing, open house, content from your website and blog, or any other type of post. You can select immediately to post right now, or scheduled to post at a later date/time.
When you click ‘scheduled’, you’ll be prompted to choose the day (or multiple days) you want to post this update, and which account you would like to share it from. Choose the time of day you want to share the post, then click “Add to schedule”. Click “Post it” to complete the update, and you’re done.
Your scheduled posts will automatically be shared to your social networks at the selected time, so you don’t have to log into each network when you want to share an update. By scheduling multiple posts once or twice a week, you can dramatically decrease the amount of time you have to spend on social media to keep your pages updated.
