Pipeline ROI Update:  Activity Stream, agent leads, and new sources

We’ve just released our newest Pipeline ROI update and it’s a huge one! Before getting into the details, I want to offer some context.

As more brokers started to use Pipeline ROI to manage their leads, we began to realize that a few benefits stood out above the rest: accountability, clarity, business intelligence, and flexibility. Our customers bought Pipeline ROI to manage leads, but quickly learned that it’s a tremendous a system for holding agents accountable, providing clarity into their daily sales activities, and producing actionable business intelligence all while remaining flexible to their business model.

We’re really excited about today’s update because it hits on all those important areas. Read on to see everything new in today’s update.

Activity Stream – We’ve added a new dashboard called Activity Stream that collects all the important events across Pipeline ROI and places them in a Facebook-style feed so you can quickly catch up or manage those activities. It’s accountability, clarity, and business intelligence in one location.

For example, Activity Stream shows you when leads are generated and when your agents accept, decline, update, and close them. Plus you can quickly see the lead information and notes in a single click from your Stream, and click to broadcast good news (like closings) to your entire team.

Activity Stream is an incredible way to keep your finger on the pulse of your team’s sales activities. We think you’re going to love it.

Agents can now add personal lead s – As Pipeline ROI has grown in popularity, one of the biggest pieces of feedback we’ve gotten is that agents were telling their brokers they wanted to add their own leads into Pipeline ROI. Now agents can enter their own self-generated leads to a private database and use the built-in follow-up reminders to make sure they’re on a path to closing.

New Lead Source s – We’re adding new lead sources on nearly every update now. Here are the sources we’ve added since the last update: Down Payment Resource, KW.com, LuxuryEstatesPlus.com, SABOR, LandAndFarm.com, and RentalGuide.net. If you ever want to see a new lead source added, let us know by sending an e-mail to pipelineroi@alamode.com.

Hopefully you’ll love these new features as much as we do. But just so you don’t think we’re slowing down, here are the next few things we’re working on.

  • Integrations with 3rd party lead management tools – We want Pipeline ROI to work seamlessly with the other systems in your office (Mail Chimp, Bomb bomb, etc.). We’re working on a variety of different ways to tie your Pipeline ROI leads to other follow-up and nurturing systems.
  • Route by Zip code or custom location – Pipeline ROI will soon allow you to route by a zip code or even a custom location. Custom locations are a list that you design which could include neighborhood names, zip codes, cities, or any combination of the all three.
  • Lead sharing with Lenders – Sharing leads and passing information along to lenders is a critical piece of the lead workflow for brokers. We plan on making it as simple and automated as possible.

These aren’t the only new features we’re working on, of course. But hey, we’ve got to keep a few things secret! ☺

If you have any ideas for new features shoot us an e-mail at pipelineroi@alamode.com.
