What do real estate brokers and agents really want from mortgage lenders? Inman and 1000watt surveyed hundreds of real estate pros to find out.

The respondents of the survey are an assortment of real estate agents and brokers from affiliated top firms, unaffiliated firms and independent firms. In order to answer more detailed questions, Inman and 1000watt also took the time to carry out individual phone interviews with executives of some of the biggest real estate brokerages.
We’ve created an infographic to pinpoint the key areas of this report. The infographic gives mortgage lenders feedback from the real estate industry regarding what they want from this unique relationship.

The focal points of the report were compiled from these questions:

  • What type of partner are real estate professionals looking for, and what qualities are most important to them?
  • What kind of lender partners do most real estate agents actually work with at the present time, and to whom do they refer their clients?
