Explaining the major difference, and what they should know before buying.
Festivals
Festivals happen year round, so let people know what’s coming up in your area. Include times, directions, and even links to the festivals website (if available) and be sure to let people know what keeps you going to a particular festival year after year (food, fun, music, etc)
New restaurants
Most people like to check out restaurant reviews before trying someplace new. Give a quick review about the daily specials, your favorite dessert, or the spectacular service.
New businesses
If you work in a hot relocation area be sure to highlight new businesses that are coming to the area and be sure to include the company size, industry, employee benefits, and closest developments.
Local sports (especially high school)
Give a quick recap of the weekend games, highlights, or scores. Have photos from the games? Include them. It’s a great way to reinforce your presence in the local market.
Schools in your area
Think of all the relocation clients who are worried about how each school rates, and which neighborhoods go to which schools.
